Western Basin Lake Erie Perch Slow, Walleye Too!

Today Lake Erie Yellow Perch fishing has been very slow, Fishing at The Turnaround bouy at the Maumee Bay entrance with little susess and also fishing the Northwest reef area. Walleye fishing in the Western Basin has also been slow, The best fishing continues to be 6-7 miles out of Huron OH. Trolling has been the best using 40 jet divers trolling spoons, happy hooker, purple demon, and highway huckleberry. Perch fishing has also been good at the Sandbar in front of Vermillion OH.
