Today Lake Erie Perch was The Best Ever

Today we headed out to North of Kelley's Island in pursuant of Big Jumbo Perch and thats what we found. We caught our limit of some of the nicest perch I've ever seen. We fished in 35 feet of water and threw back very few, also caught 3-5 lb smallmouth bass in the same area. The gobbies were in there thick also so we had to deal with those bait robbers. We also caught a dozen smelt that really surprised us. We caught all our perch on lake shiners and lake erie small shad, with perch rigs on bottom.
