Lake Ontario King Salmon Fishing Unbelievable

Well we caught so many king salmon this past week at Lake Ontario that we could only track the big ones. The Erie Drifter customers enjoyed some of the best limits with king salmon, steelhead, and coho's I've ever seen. Most went home with limits to the max. Every limit included several large king salmon 25-29 pounders and steelhead in the 18-20lb. range. Wow this has been an awesome 2 weeks with only 1 week to go till we return to Lake Erie. Most king salmon, steelhead have come on spoons and dipsy divers with spin doctors and flies, trolled between 25' to 85' and dipsy at 180 feet. Our largest King salmon was caught yesterday by 14 year old Alexander Moore from Rochester NY and he decided to talk grandpa into mounting this mighty 30 lb, 39" King Salmon he will make the Erie Drifter Hall Of Fame
