Walleye are really hitting casting, trolling whatever. Most of our walleyes have been caught close to West Sister Island, 1.5 East or West 3.5 miles both are very good with a large population of quality eyes in the 23 - 27 inch range. We have caught fish trolling at 2.1 mph using 40 jets 80 back and also casting gold blade weapons red beads and tipped with night crawlers. The best walleye fishing has been leaving dock at 5:15 am and there is also a good bite after 6:30 PM.
