Lake Erie has been known as one of the best, if not the best walleye fishery for a long time. Throughout the season, we move with the fish and change our tactics as the bite changes. We pride ourselves on hitting more limits than any other charter on the Western Basin. Here's what you can expect:
***The following are typical seasonal fishing patterns, at times, they do not hold true as each year's weather patterns change.
Early Spring - Jig fishing while drifting over reefs. Each person gets their own jig and minnow presentation and a chance to set the hook on a hard fighting walleye! For more Information, check out the Article on the Articles page.
Spring/Early Summer - Worm harnesses while drifting over reefs. Cast a worm harness, let them turn and get bit with a steady retrieve!
Summer/Fall - Trolling. With the boat in constant motion team work is needed to tend to 14+ lines. Put as many presentations out in front of their faces till we develop a pattern.
So pick which season and what technique you like to fish! Hope to see you soon.
